- interpret the message into another language
- preserve the characteristics of form and substance inherent in other cultures.
Our professional interpreters are carefully selected, tested and trained. We pay special attention to the continuing education of our interpreters in customer service skills, confidentiality issues, and customer-specialised terminology.
To ensure consistency of service, our recruitment and training standards are very high. New applicants are rigorously screened in both oral and written skills. Once recruited, all interpreters undergo an intensive induction programme.
